Wave Twisters

Wave Twisters is a 2001 American animated film based on DJ Q-Bert's album of the same name. It is known as the first turntablism-based musical. We are honored to have DJ Smackola playing an opening set for us starting at 7pm so get there early!!! A renowned turntablist, Smackola has worked with DJ Qbert and Mix Master Mike (see below). He has also collaborated with rap and rock giants from Benji Webbe (Skindred) to Clown (Slipknot) to Tech N9ne, forming the supergroup KABOSH, featured on the explosive anthem “God of Waar.”
