  • Our preferred start time for movies is civil twilight, or around 20 minutes after sunset.  We can sometimes push this by a few minutes, but we cannot guarantee a good image until civil twilight.  Find the earliest start time for your event date here.

  • Rocket Cinema has a very flexible weather policy.  We want your entire event to be a success, not just our part of it. We will stay in close touch during the week leading up to your screening and do our best to advise you.  At more than 48 hours before the event, you can reschedule due to weather at no additional charge.  Within 48 hours of the event, you can reschedule due to weather for an administrative fee equal to 10% of the total contract amount.  If there is a forecast of more than 30 mph winds, we can reschedule at no additional cost.

  • Rocket Cinema sends out well-maintained Honda generators for every outdoor screening with our 25' or 40' screens.  For 10' and 25' screens, generators are sent as necessary, but can run off of a standard 120 volt outlet.  Outlets need to be within 75 feet of projection area.
